Playacar Fase II expanded the original Playacar concept southward in the late 1990s-2000s, adding gated residential corridors, additional condo developments, and access to the original Playacar Golf Club. The neighborhood retains the manicured paths, bicycle lanes, and 24-hour gated security of the original phase, with a mix of single-family homes and mid-rise condos. Closer to the Federal 307 highway than Phase 1, making airport runs marginally faster.
