Santa Clara is a fishing town on the eastern end of the Yucatán gulf coast, in the municipality of Dzidzantún, about an hour and fifteen minutes northeast of Mérida. The beach is one of the widest and least developed on the corridor — the town retains its fishing-village rhythm and the surrounding coast still has few large-scale residential projects. Investment activity here skews small-count boutique buildings rather than tower inventory.
