Hunucmá Real Estate

Hunucmá is its own municipality, northwest of Mérida on the road to the coast at Sisal and Chuburná Puerto. Projects here are sold as Mérida because the city is the reference point for buyers, but the property tax and the paperwork belong to Hunucmá, not to Mérida. What sells is land: large master-planned parcels on former henequén estates, priced well below anything inside the Mérida ring road. Best for buyers who want acreage between the city and the coast and know they are buying outside Mérida.
